Available by appointment only List of fees: Acknowledgments: $15 for each signature Oath/Affirmations: $15 Jurat: $15 for each jurat executed and seal provided Certifying Copies of Powers of Attorney:$15 Copy of Journal Entry: $0.30 per page I do offer bulk discounts: 5 acknowledgments/jurats/or oaths for the same individual: $60 10 acknowledgments/jurats/or oaths for the same individual: $110 Travel Fee: $45 per hour traveled. For Certified Copies of Powers of Attorney- I need to be present while the copy is made and witness it being made to ensure the copy is exact with no changes.
