With Charlotte's investigations work I went from being very stressed about my situation to being heard and helped. Ms. Charlotte went beyond just getting the job done. Professional, intelligent and respectable to me, her client. I would refer her without hesitation. J.S.Sep 5, 2016Verified
Charlotte was very kind and professional, while providing process serving for me. The timing was and price for her service were very good. If you need a service done for a very reasonable rate, Charlotte's Webb Investigations is the best way to go. Outstanding job!Aug 28, 2015Verified
she needs to be more aggressive and not afraid to go into rough neighborhoods. Do not be afraid of doing with customer ask she seems like a very nice lady but a very nice lady did not get the job done.Oct 9, 2017VerifiedCharlotte's Webb Investigations's reply
Private Investigators aren't allowed to illegally retrieve property that a person doesnt have legal rights to. Our team did go into the "rough" neighborhood.
Personable. Anxious to help. Trusting. Charlotte began searching for our missing son even before we had a signed contract. In desperation we had sought her help where others had failed us. She found him within a week, sent us photos, address and phone number. She is definitely a "people person". We are eternally grateful for Charlotte's services.May 24, 2017Verified
