    long-term management: half of first month's rent, and 7% of ongoing rent (introductory offer) short-term management: $400 sign-on fee, and 25% of income home selling: 4.5% listing fee commission home buying: $500 closing credit

    I am always studying to keep my real estate license active and to understand the market.
