- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife and I are in this business together. She marries couples in her office while I go on location, sometimes to unusual places.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have married couples who are young, who are old, who are straight, who are not, who are military, who are artists. Some are from out of the country, some want to become US citizens, some wed for pure love, and some for more practical reasons. But most of all, I just love marrying couples because they truly believe this is their destiny.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a couple marry at a park where they first met 16 years ago on their anniversary. Very touching.
