Mike is a true professional! You can tell when you talk to him, knows what he's doing, and he knows how everything needs to be setup. He was able to completely straighten out our books after 2yrs of being in business without any real bookkeeping. Shorty after Mike finished, we were able to secure a 100k line of credit thanks to his work! Thanks Mike!

I worked with Mike Sisk when he was a consultant for MidCountry Financial. Mike's responsibility was to consolidate many companies that all used different accounting systems. This was a daunting task because at the time, it was very manual and spreadsheet heavy. Mike was instrumental in automating this process as a consulting for the implementation of Enterprise Reporting software for the Company. Mike was always professional and easy to work with.

Mike literally saved the day for me with his Excel skills.
I was asked to provide a summary of proposed merit increases for over 1500 employees for the Vice President of Operations to review and approve. I was handed a spreadsheet that was 87 columns wide. My task was to summarize the data by division, territory, and functional group so the Vice President could see, by division and functional group, the proposed merit increases versus the budget provided.
I sent the worksheet to Mike for help. He created several complex calculations to determine the budget, total the proposed increases, and the budget versus actual analysis. The calculations were complex in that there were 6 different variables to consider. Once the calculations were verified, he needed to create a dynamic summary of the data (several pivot tables) so the VP could easily drill into the details he needed to approve the recommendations.
Mike did all of this in a day!!! It would have taken me days to create and validate the calculations.
Thanks to Mike, we got the correct information out on time. Furthermore... I was able to use what he did to build a repeatable template for future use!
They were so impressed, they wanted to repeat the process for the Executive team.

Accounting & Manufacturing help needed at the right time! 20 years ago Mike set us up with a very detailed and complex manufacturing system and we have been using it ever since.
