- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I either meet with them in person or very often I go over the information needed with via a telephone conversation or via email. No new customer is the same and so there is no typical process. Each client has their own requirements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both corporate and individual clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who will take the time to listen to what you need without putting a price tag on it. Being the most expensive or the least expensive is not the barometer that should be used. Very often those that have the lowest quote make up for that by charging a fee for every time a question is asked..
