Working with Visual Identity Group was a very good experience. When we first got into website designing, we did not know what to expect. Visual Identity Group was quick to respond to us and gave us lots of options for designing our website. They explained the process to us and it was pretty much on target for what was to happen next. They always worked toward a solution and it came out better than we imagined. They worked with us on a budget and gave us a discount for two websites. There were some simple mistakes, but for the most part it was nothing that couldn't be resolved easily. We explained what we were looking for and they delivered. However, not being versed in web design jargon, we were explained several steps of the process design that we did not comprehend. Visual Identity Group did not remember what we had already responded to. We had to repeat what was already explained on a few occasions, but it only helped to further our knowledge and understanding of website design and our material. All in all we were satisfied with all the results!

Jason and his team did a great job with the redesign of our Website. We wanted a contemporary look and feel with an easy-to-use back end admin console, and a differentiated experience with video footage. This was our 4th website redesign in 15+ years and it was a great experience from start to finish. Visual Identity had a great understanding of the design spec and how to achieve our objectives on budget and on time. Jason was proactive in making constructive suggestions and the design process was well-managed from the outset. Would strongly recommend Visual Identity Group.

I interviewed (by phone) five companies before making the decision to hire Visual Identity Group. They were BY FAR the most professional...from their initial call when they really listened to our needs, to their proposal which addressed our needs, and now to the work they are doing for us.
We had no idea how complicated having an ecommerce site would be, so their guidance, beyond just developing the site, has validated our decision to hire them. There are a lot of programmers out there that can put together the code, but the websites they develop are pretty bad (slow, not user-friendly, not mobile-friendly, etc).
Anyone looking for a partner to develop a website that is on-time, on-budget and will produce results, should talk to Visual Identity Group!
