FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do lots of restoration carpentry. A home is constantly under pressure from wear, weather and time, so things get loose, come apart, rot, or otherwise give up the ghost. I get the call when that little annoyance of a stuck drawer becomes a big one! Other times, the wear and tear needs to be fixed so the problem doesn't get bigger. A slow leak under a sink may seem like a small issue, but it can become a bigger problem fast and cause a lot of damage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's great when a prospective client can give me a lot of information about a project: the age of their house or apartment, the materials involved, and exact dimensions. It's my goal to find out exactly what the client would like done, and what special tools or materials might be required before I arrive, so I can quote the project accurately and get the project done swiftly.
