Katie is awesome! She totally went above and beyond to not only make sure I had exactly what I wanted in terms of the product, but she made the experience pleasant and went way out of her way to make things easy and convenient for me. Her design came out PERFECTLY and her customer service is so great that although she gave me the final product weeks ago, we are still corresponding because she's done me several favors to help me with my file. Still a work in progress but that my fault. She’s been waiting on me to send her things and I’ve lagged otherwise I’m sure she’d be done. But she is great! Super professional, nice, and she is very on top of the job! I will without a doubt rehire her someday.
