- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, so we like to keep our pricing simple and stress-free. To officially secure your date, we just ask for a signed agreement and a 50% retainer, with the remaining balance due on the wedding day. We accept Zelle, Apple Cash, and credit or debit cards (there’s a small 3.5% processing fee for card payments). Our services have a 2-hour minimum, so whether you need just a little coverage or a full day, we’ve got you covered. We don’t offer flat discounts, but we always focus on giving you the best value for your investment — beautiful memories you’ll be able to relive for a lifetime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to keep things simple and enjoyable for you. First, we start with a consultation — either by phone or video chat — to get to know you, hear about your vision, and answer any questions. From there, if you’d like to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and secure your date with a 50% retainer. Leading up to the wedding, we’ll stay in touch and help with planning details like timelines, photo lists, and anything else you need guidance on. On the day of, we’ll be there capturing everything naturally while making sure you feel comfortable and stress-free. Afterward, we carefully edit and deliver your gallery and/or films, so you can relive your day for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve spent years honing our craft both behind the camera and in post-production. With over a decade of full-time wedding photography and videography experience, we’ve captured hundreds of weddings in all kinds of settings and lighting conditions. Along the way, we’ve studied storytelling, lighting, posing, and editing to make sure every couple’s memories are preserved in the best way possible. Beyond formal training, we believe the real education comes from experience — knowing how to anticipate moments, adapt quickly, and keep couples feeling comfortable in front of the camera. That combination of technical knowledge and real-world expertise is what allows us to deliver timeless photos and films that truly reflect your day.
