- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most one-time projects, I quote a flat fee, but for ongoing work, I can quote per hour. Each job is a little different, so once I know the details, I can provide a better idea of cost. No job is too big or too small!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am more than happy to answer questions, address concerns and provide additional information needed to help customers understand the process. I understand it can be overwhelming and confusing to work via email, or phone, so I try to make the process as clear, transparent and easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from Cal State Fullerton, and my Associates degree in Graphic Design from Fullerton College. I also have completed the frontend web development program from the University of California - Irvine.
