Contacted billy gene about lessons for my 9 yr old daughter, what a great find! I highly recommended him for lessons. Calm and patient, especially with my daughter, and most parents know how challenging it can be to engage your child in an activity. My daughter looks forward to her weekly lessons and is absorbing his teaching. Billy Gene has been amazing and makes the lessons fun! He even helped me pick out the perfect guitar for her and she is now trying to write her own songs as she is quickly learning to read music! Take a chance with BG, I think he's a great choice!

I am enjoying my guitar lessons. Gene is a patient teacher and finds things that I like to play and learn. I have learned a whole lot from the short month and a half that I have taken lessons from him. I also really like that he comes to my house. Gene's prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him.

I've been taking lessons with Gene for about 6 months now, and have learned so much. He is a super cool guy, and a patient, knowledgeable teacher and will learn specific songs to teach you. I highly recommend checking him out if you wanna learn guitar or bass. Gene rocks!!

I have been receiving guitar lessons from Gene for only a few weeks now, but I have learned more in this time than years of messing around on my own. Gene takes his time during the learning process and is very affordable and kind. I would recommend Gene to anyone wanting to begin or enhance the guitar playing skills. I give him a 5 out of 5.
