- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can offer discounts for groups of 6 or more (eg. bridal parties, family members, additional friends.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what your preferences are. I can work on location or at my salon. I offer makeup trials where we test out looks, colors, products etc. We would need to set an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have real life experience dating back to 2016 when I was working out of a small salon and trying to grow. Since then I've worked with people of all ages, skin tones, backgrounds. Customer service is something I value along with skill and I practice constantly.
