I highly recommend Excellence Awning Service and my technician Max. I was fortunate to connect with them on Houzz when I needed service to my retractable awnings. Max contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit the same week. He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. I can't recommend Excellence Awning highly enough - thank you Max and I will absolutely be using your company in the future for any awning service or upgrades.
