- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to conduct an over the phone interview, then setup a time that best works for the client to do a walk through of the property and or event that they are inquiring services for. Once we have built and established report with one another, I like to then go over the different options of services that they would like to go with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anti-Terrorism and Powers to Arrest. 8 years military experience and 9 security experience working for various security companies throughout Orange County.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Served 8 years in the U.S. Army and 9 years in Security Industry.
