USA Web Development has to be the best team I've worked with. I am currently still working with Rick Barrett and his customer service is excellent. I never have to worry about whether or not I'm going to be able to get a hold of him when I'm in need of help. I had been searching for someone who would be there for me the way Rick is, and I have to say I was pretty skeptical considering the fact that he's based out of a different state than the state I live in. In all honesty, he makes me feel as though he's sitting right next to me guiding me with the step by step process. Rick I love your work and I love how you make videos for me to show the steps I need to take. I will always recommend you to anyone who needs the services you offer! The cherry on top is that his prices will beat anyone else's out there (trust me I've done my research and have wasted time and money on others before I found him).

Rick Barrett & USA Development are absolutely exceptional! During the bidding process I received many offers for service but Mr. Barrett stood out above the rest because he was the only Web Designer who took the time to solicit details on my business (i.e. objectives, needs, vision, service offerings, etc.) - this was major. Rick & his team not only developed a quality site that far exceeded my expectation, but were also timely in delivering the site. Lastly, USA Development offers a multitude of additional services - including SEO, copy writing, graphic design and much more. They run a great and affordable operation! Rick built my web site from scratch and I could never of asked to work with a nicer guy that follows through, produces an excellent product, allows for a reasonable amount of changes (happily), and was competitively priced. I had two other bids that were within 50 dollars of Ricks price but his attention to detail and overall professionalism simply got him my business. If you are in the market for a web site builder, you should seriously consider allowing Rick to build your site, he's honest and very easy to work with, you won't be sorry, I can assure you.

Is there a better word for Outstanding? Then that is the word to be used to describe the work that Rick has done on our website. Let me just say that I was the hold up on design, but Rick was patient with me as I had to go through a few levels of approval prior to approving each level of design. Ricks expertise and professional experience in design and architecture helps him to easily suggest enhancements to your ideas, in fact without his suggestions I believe our website would not provide the look of professionalism that we want to display. Heres another bonus Rick doesnt just leave a project and forever disappears. Hes there for questions or needed enhancements even for monthly maintenance of the site. It is indeed my pleasure to provide my recommendation for his services. You wont be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system as all my pricing is a flat fee rate. I do not include any hidden or monthly fees for website development.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our process as simple as possible:
1. We collect your info.
2. Send us 3 examples of websites you like.
3. From there we will start to design a mock up of a custom website.
4. We will then start to collect your ideas on revisions and changes.
5. Once we have finished all the revisions, we will do a final check to make sure we have provided a website to 110% of your satisfaction.
6. We will start to test the website to make sure all of the components work correctly.
7. We then will send over all back ups and files of your complete website. We turn over everything to you as the website is 100% yours. There is no monthly fees with us or hidden charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay in touch with all the latest Google updates and coding updates daily. I stay in touch with the latest and greatest through forums, blogs, news feeds and social media.
