Pluto Bakery is the true definition of QUALITY SERVICE. This has been the smoothest business deals I have ever had to make.
Juliana was very professional, punctual, and friendly. She was always able to answer any question that came up at any time. I was also beyond shook when she put my interest and my wallet first by counting up the guests amount and advising me to order less than I wanted. She was right! All of my guests had plenty and even took some home. I have not ran into a business owner that would cut her profit just to put the customer first. So amazing!
Now to the quality. There is a reason behind the name “Pluto Bakery” because her products are out of this world! She has so many different options that even include gluten free and Vegan. When she states that her sweets are made with love and passion, you can almost taste it. It is hard to explain but you have to try it to understand. All of my friends already made a bunch of orders.
