Pavel mounted our TV in a brick/concrete wall, and made absolutely sure that it was level and centered with a laser level before putting any holes in the surface. He also looked into the possibility of hiding the cords for us, which was unfortunately not possible due to the concrete/brick situation. When we realized the bolts were too large for the mount holes that we had, he was able to adjust them slightly.
He was also able to mount our very large mirror during the same service, again ensuring it was leveled and centered. He also verified placement and preference with us as well before each install.
Communication was quick and efficient, and he worked to meet our preferred schedule. I will definitely be calling on Pavel again for work in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional, honest, reliable and efficient service.
