I hired Tony with Navarro's Construction I had a crack in my fiberglass shower pan that needed to be fixed or removed. I received three estimates from Thumbtack, Antonio Navarro was quick to respond and come out for a free estimate, his price to remove everything and install a new tile floor was very reasonable and he seemed to be the most knowledgeable out of the three people who contacted me.
He seemed to do pretty good work, it took him a long time because he tried to fit me in after a larger project he was working on. He flaked a lot, we waited around and he wouldn't show up. When it was all done I had to wait a few days before running the shower but when I did, I noticed the slope was wrong. The water puddles against the wall. I called several times to see if Tony could fix the problem. At one point he answered the phone and promised he would fix it on the following weekend. He flaked again....after that nothing, no show....no calls back.
10 months later and I am left with a shower that doesn't drain, water needs to be kicked down the drain after every shower. I should've known. We recently remodeled our other bathroom, we found another tile company and their service was top notch. Lesson learned.
