Introduction: I take pride in my work. And even though I may have an approval from the client I still make sure that everything is in order. If I see some small imperfection in the final design, I will fix it on my time, until I am happy with it as well. I have 20 years of experience behind me working in literally hundreds of areas of design which gives me a perspective that is different from someone who has very little experience or even has just done one particular type of design. The challenge of taking my clients ideas and turning them into something that visually works for them and accomplishes their goals. That is what I like most about my job.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do for my clients are brochures, logos, book covers, web banners, I would have to say tons of Photoshop work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Another famous saying, but true, "You do get what you pay for". If you want something quick and easy and cheap that's what you'll get. And that's okay some of the time... If you was just a flyer or something really quick. But if you want to really brand, really have your business shine and look really professional then you want to hire not the cheapest you want most qualified person to do your job. Someone who understands your vision and will listen to what you have to say and not stop with their first idea. Someone who will give you several choices to choose from. And then you work to refine that idea until you're both really happy with it.
