I also do handyman work such as door and cabinet repair, drywall patches, lighting and plumbing fixtures, furniture assembly, Television brackets and custom shelf construction. Also the enlarging of existing windows or doorways to suit the needs of the customer. Eduardo from New Village responded within an hour after I had posted the project; project was to repair siding that had been dented and damaged. Before the scheduled time, he stopped by in the evening to assess the damage. He listened to my concerns and provided me with his work plan for the following morning. Later that evening he texted to inform me that there was a need to change the original plan we discussed; this was because the vinyl siding needed was not available to complete within my timeline. He explained the change and how he would repair siding with the materials available. He assured me his work would fix the damage and keep rain from seeping under siding, which was my main concern. In the construction world, this was a small project, but it was clear to me that Eduardo had taken the time, outside the actual scheduled workday to communicate, provide a resolution and complete project beyond my expectations. I appreciate his time, honesty, consideration and overall, his professionalism and quality of work. I would recommend Eduardo and I definitely will call on him again.
