FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The bigger the project the cheaper each additional item will be. Example(actual quote may vary): Single light installation(existing) : 100$ 10 light installation(existing): 800$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When arriving at any customers location, new or existing, we greet them as if we were familiar acquaintances already, we like to let the customer know that we are friendly and open to discussion. We go over the reason I was called or the general description of the job. From there I let the customer take over and explain to me what it is exactly that they are looking for. Once given this information I go over the options as to which ways the task can be performed and once we come to an satisfactory agreement I can begin with the task at hand. I like to keep the customer involved and as updated as possible. At Ramirez Electrical Services we believe communication is key to keeping jobs on schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken WECA electrical courses and have my current ET card for the state of CA. Aside of my schooling I have 9+ years of hands on electrical experience, as well as my father who is a journeyman electrician has roughly 19 years of experience as an electrician running new construction projects from the ground up. We also have extensive knowledge in remodels and troubleshooting.
