After a TERRIBLE experience with LOWE's on E. Hammer, I used NextDoor to find a local plumber, which is where I saw Troy's sponsored Thumbtack ad. We had an old toilet to haul away and a brand new one to install. Whenever we're in need of any professional service, we seek people that take pride in the quality of their work. Troy totally did the job in a non-air-conditioned 2nd story bathroom of a 100-year-old house and left the area clean and ready for use (after 2hrs to let the sealant set). We were so thankful and appreciative of his professionalism after being very inconvenienced by corporate lies. We now have a reliable plumber in our contact list to refer and callback for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Troy!!

I had a broken faucet and needed a replacement installed. Troy reached out directly to book an appt. Once booked he was here same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. I couldn't reccomend Troy enough!
