FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Evictions are a process, and how the process unfolds has a lot to do with how your tenant responds. Our pricing philosophy is to charge only for the process that gets you to the next stage of the eviction. Some tenants will move on once they have been served with the complaint. Others will require the Sheriff to show up to lock them out. Pay for only that portion of the work that needs to be done as it is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a consultation concerning the circumstances with your tenant, we will prepare and serve a notice which begins the eviction process. You will receive a price list and we will educate you on the process and how soon you can expect to get back your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my legal career back in the 1986 after receiving a paralegal certificate, and have worked in several areas of civil litigation including business litigation, personal injury, lemon law, and real estate litigation. I have been working in evictions for 2 years, and my partner, Christina Pelland, has 7 years experience.
