Lawyers are expensive and the legal system is more and more complex. What should be a simple eviction case, can become frustrating and even overwhelming for the self-represented litigant. Fortunately, the State of California recognizes that the public needs access to the justice system, but cannot always afford a lawyer. That's where North State Eviction comes in. We are licensed to offer assistance to those involved in eviction cases, and are prepared to partner with landlords and property managers to navigate the sometimes confusing process of evicting tenants.
