- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and reasonable. Keep in mind, the cheapest option is usually the cheapest for a reason. I bring considerable value with getting your taxes done correctly. Also, I am currently offering a 20% discount to first-time customers via Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always listening to the client and determining their needs. Then I collect the necessary information so that I can start working on the deductions. I am always available for any questions throughout the process. Lastly, I will review the tax return with the client and submit it accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over eight years of experience in bookkeeping and taxes. In addition, I was mentored by a former IRS officer who taught me the ins-and-outs of tax preparation and how to maximize returns. I also pride myself on being "in the know" within my industry. This is a must because tax laws are constantly changing.
