The one that comes to mind is a recent condominium renovation we did. We completely transformed the place for the owner to rent out. We installed brand new flooring, modern moldings, and paint. He chose an oak flooring with white walls and juniper ash bathroom cabinets. We also painted his stairwell black to contrast the white walls. He was hesitant at first due to bad experiences with contractors but by the end he was walking through the house like a kid on Christmas morning.
