Introduction: I am a yoga teacher with 200/500 hour certifications. Through years of deep study, self-observation and devotion to the divine, I offer a profoundly transformational and powerfully strengthening experience to the practice of yoga. At our root, we are not static; we are consciousness embodied. It is through this ancient practice that we weave the wisdom of above with the creativity from below in order to merge with the Lord of love! I am passionate about the practice of yoga and believe in its powerful ability to heal the body and the mind. I am a creator and teacher at Om Shala Yoga in Arcata, CA.
