Introduction: I specialize in BBQ, soul food and American food. Our dishes are always made from scratch. My menu includes the following: * Brisket * Tri Tip * Chicken * Ribs, Chicken and Mushroom * Grilled Chicken Pesto * Steak, Gravy and More We also prepare from scratch many sides. Because you can't get through an event without dessert, we offer an arrangement of desserts that are all homemade. We have peach cobbler, apple crisp, and sock-it-to-me cake, just to name a few.
