I used Don for the CTIL simulator project delivered to the Federal Railway Administration, and this project was designed for human factors studies and to be flexible in design configuration changes to allow for future projects. Don and I worked entirely via email and telephone to design this project and Don provided the final documentation package for schematics and physical construction. Don worked closely with the sub contractor who built this simulator using Aluminum as much as possible to keep weight down. Don used our notes and hand sketches to help provide the overall finished dimensions to help verify fit for the construction and also the implemenation of actual railroad components that were to be mounted in the cab structure. Don was very professional in his suggestions and provided draft reviews of every step of the project and was prompt in delievery of any edits required. I would strongly recommend Don for any project that required detailed work and his 3D work was instumental in our final design decisions. This project was over a two year period, however I had worked previously with Don on several of the former IITRI and Alion Science and Technology simulators. Very impressed with his customer skills and his technical documents were presented in easy readable formats as requested.

My rates are flexible depending on the project. Usually by the hour and 3D work is more per hour than 2D.

The fact that design templates were no longer required to design a layout. That changes could be made with ease.
