Ala Cart exercises sustainable business practices and uses recycled and compost able disposable packaging for takeout orders. We have a gorgeous collection of platters and interesting display components that make our buffets really stand out (and up)! We are two lady chefs with over 25 years of restaurant and catering experience with a crew that is handpicked with personality, attention to detail, and has completed our 'golden rule' training certification to ensure that our client's every need has been anticipated.
