- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This business grew out of an Insurance Agency providing employee benefits. Customer service correcting problems became extremely expensive. Most were caused by regulation or carrier rules which the average business could not keep up with. We recognized that almost every benefits transaction could be tied back to a payroll transaction. Employer and employees will procrastinate about benefit task, but no one will go with out a pay check. Thus the idea was born.

We were able to help a employee trust automate and deliver benefits via checks, direct deposits, and debit cards to more than 2500 of their members.
