if I could give more than five stars I would frankly on my last go around with Thumbtack my experience with my handyman was not that great. J one Garcia was phenomenal. He did a home inspection that lasted 2.5 or more hours. He was truthful, thorough, and he saved me a lot of money by telling me that there was services that other professionals recommended that I didn’t really need. As it turned out, I hired one also to clean out my rain gutters. They were so clogged it was almost impossible to describe the debris inside them.One worked so diligently to clear them out, and I was only charged $300 – – phenomenal. One was wonderful.

He is very good in other aspect but he did not do the Roof inspection. Asper him is a new home and he did not wanted to take any chance to walk around the roof which may caused damage to the roof. I am surprised being an Inspector why he said that. My question is as this is a new home why he even bother to do the inspection? I am not happy about that, I called an inspector to do the inspection and he should do it no matter new or old home and I feel that is a part of his job.

reason for not walking on new tile roof is that it would void his warranty from roofer
