JG Plumbing is the real deal. If you are looking for a water softener installation, I recommend him!
I waited a month before writing this review to make sure there were any issues. And to be fair, there haven't been any issues! I got the water softener installed by John after getting a few quotes. He was the only one that went into detail on the entire process and even had a backup plan if it didn't work. One of the concerns was drainage of the water especially since there was no cleanout existing near it. Yup, he had a solution for that while no other plumber had a contingency if there was an issue.
I also wanted to get a couple filters installed since the water in my area is not good. He had no issue doing that while other plumbers made it sound like a "big deal" to add onto the water line.
He is a jack-of-all trades and I even had him replace a light fixture in the front of the house that went bad. Of course, his main duty is water softener installation and he also does house inspections. He's been in the industry for his entire life but focuses on the stuff he enjoys doing.

if I could give more than five stars I would frankly on my last go around with Thumbtack my experience with my handyman was not that great. J one Garcia was phenomenal. He did a home inspection that lasted 2.5 or more hours. He was truthful, thorough, and he saved me a lot of money by telling me that there was services that other professionals recommended that I didn’t really need. As it turned out, I hired one also to clean out my rain gutters. They were so clogged it was almost impossible to describe the debris inside them.One worked so diligently to clear them out, and I was only charged $300 – – phenomenal. One was wonderful.

John was very professional , he rebuilt our old shower, it had a lot of rotten wood caused be years of use, he did a fine job , very satisfied how it came out
