- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person or speak over the phone concerning the introduction and to go over the expectations between both parties. After that, a contract will be created and signed to ensure both parties uphold their integrity throughout the length of time of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associate's and Bachelor's Degree from University of Phoenix in Business with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Some related courses: Business development; marketing and marketing research; small business structure, planning, and funding; small business and entrepreneurial planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a business consultant right after I graduated from University of Phoenix with my Bachelor of Science degree in Business. I enjoy helping others, and entrepreneurs and small business owners need as much help and guidance to remain/become competitive within a given industry. I decided to be the professional who can provide that service while charging a reasonable amount for those who can't pay a large amount.
