What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have put down generic pricing for this platform, each project is unique. Bathroom remodels and can range from 2500.00-30k depending on the situation and needs. There is no charge for me to come out and give as estimate. We specialize in ADU's, if you have space on your property we can come in and out in 6 weeks after the permit is approved and create a fully functional 1- or 2-bedroom unit, built by hand from the ground up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I send out a text message first, followed by phone call to the cell number on file. I can usually come out withing 24 hours to your location.
