Very unprofessional!!! We had a conversation and Ben agreed to motion I needed we had an appointment on Saturday he didn’t call or answer his phone. It s Wednesday and nothing and still won’t answer phone! I am running out of time and Ben wasted my time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake to get to know the client and their needs. Determine if my services can be of use to the client and if not I make a professional recommendation to an attorney who can.
