Excellent work. Stacy was very responsive and totally "got" what I was going for with my logo. I would definitely hire her again for marketing work.May 28, 2016Verified

This potential clients request came in after business hours on a Friday. The inquiry was questioning why our pricing was so reasonable. Her inquiry was responded to in 30 minutes. We take requests and inquiries very seriously and strive to be available to respond quickly.
Stacy Morse Consulting designed by business logo. I started with a rough idea, and the end result was fantastic! They were just as committed as I was to get the right logo and fully considered all of my feedback. I will definitely be using them in the future as my business grows.Apr 17, 2016Verified
I came to Stacy completely confused about what I wanted. Her excitement about the project made me excited about it. And in the end, I had two great options to choose from. I've already recommended her to other people.Apr 6, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My hourly rate is $55 per hour for graphic design, with a half hour minimum. I charge in 15 minute increments after the first half hour. Time can be greatly reduced with good communication about the results you are expecting. I also have set pricing for standard projects such as business card setup, logo's, flyers, etc. Printing and promotional item prices vary greatly depending on product and quantity. Quotes are free and we provide good quality and fast turnarounds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I discuss the needs of their project and make sure I fully understand what they are looking for. Then I provide a quote. Once the quote is approved I provide a design proof for review. Revisions are discussed and the proofing process continues until the project is approved. Once approved, I provide final artwork in the formats requested and send an invoice by email for payment. When payment is received, a link to download the files is sent to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working full time as a graphic designer since 2013. While my education is informal, I have several years of hands on experience working for magazine publishing companies, printers and marketing firms.
