Griggs Property Maintenance and Management

Introduction: I love what I do, because I get to know my customers,(if that's what the like) and we talk about the the projects they have in mind. I do everything from light maintenance to woodworking projects to Cabinetry to painting Nothing too small and if the project is too big for one person, I have a couple very honest, reliable hard working guys , that are on call for me. I get along with everyone. and I do all I can to make our clients feel at home I'm considering a new idea, I would like to co-manage an apartment complex with my partner and roommate of 14 years. She would could hand out applications, answer questions, collect rent, handle the office department and she could dispatch me to the residents with maintenance issues. What a team!!!
