- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, no hidden fees. Service calls start at $99, which includes troubleshooting and diagnostics. After that, every project (whether electrical, camera, or access control) is quoted up front based on the scope of work. We also offer package deals for multi-camera installs or full system upgrades, and discounts for recurring maintenance or bundled electrical/security services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a short phone or on-site consultation to understand your project, whether you need new outlets, ceiling fans installed, or a full security upgrade. Then we design a clear plan and provide an upfront estimate. Once approved, we handle everything from installation to cleanup, ensuring all systems and wiring are tested and neat before we leave. Our focus is professional work, clean wiring, and reliable performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in this trade with no prior experience, learning everything hands-on in the field. Within a year, I worked my way up to Lead Technician, and soon after became an On-Site Superintendent, managing installs and guiding other techs. Through experience, I learned wiring, electrical, and low-voltage systems inside out, from outlets and lighting to full camera and access-control setups. Now I use that knowledge to make sure every project is done clean, safe, and right the first time.
