- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I get a phone call or text, which I respond to promptly. We discuss your wedding and choose to meet up or discuss over there phone. I get a feel for what you want in a wedding. If we meet up at a coffee shop, I bring example ceremonies and we can sign a contract if you want one. We stay in touch through text usually. For rehearsals I guide your wedding party through the ceremony and help stage the actual walk if needed. Day of the wedding I get there at least a half hour early and do everything in my power to help relieve stress, even by moving chairs or keeping important family members attended to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train in first aid, safety and compliance. I regularly get up in front of large crowds and have done hundreds of weddings. They're all special and my nervousness is mostly in trying to make it special for the couple.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend mentioned that she married couples. It seemed really awesome and special. I love all my memories!
