- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and find out what idea's they have about their project, tell them about options I've seen (if any apply) and then plan out the project with my new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in or with the trades for 20+ years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for wealthy customer and I have worked for single mothers just making it. I have worked for people adding on to their home expecting a new member to the family, and I have worked for families who have just lost their home and all their belongings to a fire.
