I couldn't be happier with the work Durable Painting Group did on my home. While they also handled painting, the majority of the project involved extensive stuccorepair and restoration, and the quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding.
From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout every phase of the project, and followed up regularly to ensure everything was progressing as expected. They showed up on time every day, maintained a clean worksite, and were incredibly professional from start to finish.
The team set clear expectations regarding the scope of work, timeline, and finish, and then exceeded those expectations. Their attention to detail with the stuccorepair was exceptional—the finished product blended seamlessly with the existing exterior and looks better than I expected. We had Durable Painting Group repair and re-stucco part of our exterior wall, and they did an excellent job. Alex and his team removed the old damaged material, cleaned everything thoroughly, and patched it back up beautifully. It now looks like new. Alex was very careful, professional, and kept us updated throughout the job. The price was also reasonable. Very happy with the work.

Alex and his team have been really great to work with. Our stucco was in pretty bad shape, and they did a ton of work (and repainted the house, too!). They are really helpful and did really great work. They are also very communicative and honest about the work. Would strongly recommend them!

Alex Sanchez Painting is the ONLY company we will ever use for stuccorepairs. We had an ugly hole in the wall from a plumbing repair (the repair was necessary and the hole was rather large). Alex' guys did a spectacular job and I am beyond impressed and pleased with the end result.

We provide a very detailed estimate with scope of work detailing everything going to be done after customer approves scope of work we set up a start day and discuss payment schedual for homeowner to approve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained licensed painter approved to work with paints like life specialty coating,text-coat, and many other paints.
