- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing’s straightforward. No surprise add-ons, and I offer discounts for multiple installs or full-room projects. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start by understanding what you want and checking the space. Then I recommend the best setup for performance and design, get everything installed clean, tested, and ready to use. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve got years of experience in IT and home theater installs, including working with Geek Squad as a home theater agent. That’s where I got hands-on with all kinds of setups, wiring, and smart home gear. I still keep up with new tech and standards to make sure every install is solid and looks professional.
