I am also proficient in GNW , HELOC, both purchase and sellers packages, reverse mortgages, refinance, Construction and commercial loans. For many years as a loan processor I was able to perfect my craft and understand the mortgage industry, in 2022 I decided to open SME Notary to provide the customer service that clients expect . SME Notary offers general notary work, Loan singing Services and Apostilles, estate planning services ,and translation services to handle all of my customers’ needs. covering Los Angeles, Orange and some parts of San Bernardino Counties with over 500 signings in 2024 customer service is key.
