What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call introduction. Client gives a general description of work required if client needs a face-to-face meeting I will accommodate. Once everything is clear we can work via phone, email and other online methods of communication and delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of California College of Arts, Oakland 1970. I completed the Multimedia Studies Program SFSU. I have worked in mid- management for software companies as well as have done consulting work for some.

It all depends on the scope of work. As a baseline...I charge $300 for 10 custom template driven slides with two revisions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used all my own designs and presentations when I worked at software companies. I have done hundreds of presentations in my career.

Individuals for personal presentations, big lifetime events
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a brochure for Bird Rescue Sanctuary in Sonoma and a Vacation Rental Brochure. Two weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very specific. Think out your plan ahead of time and organize your thoughts. Need good communication.
