I'm writing this to let you know how much my husband and I appreciate all your hard work on our new home.We bought a house that was essentially gutted,with no kitchen or floors and you helped developed it into a lovely home for us to reside in.Initially,we contracted with you to install flooring which you did beautifully.However,your ability to vompletenty complete cabinetry,plumbing,installation of lighting,kitchen appliances,ect.was also demonstrated.We are thrilled with the results of everything you did.We will highly recommend you to everyone we know. Kevin is amazing! I love that he is a local and he is truly skilled at his work. We had him remove/install a dishwasher and he did so for an very affordable rate. I plan on calling him again for a variety of our household needs. Thank you Kevin for being fast, friendly, and honest!

Kevin is an UNLICENSED contractor (who represented himself to be licensed - a requirement on the job we hired him for (project valued at more than $500 parts/labor)), demanded a larger down payment than permitted by law, and - once he got it - took 7 weeks (not seven days) to "complete" it. However, Kevin never "completed" the job. In fact, the job FAILED PERMITTING and then he abandoned it, leaving us to pay someone else thousands to finish it and get it up to code. Buyer beware - check the CLSB laws before you hire someone!!
