- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary by project and I offer the fairest price possible. I will always find a way work within a reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client contacts me via phone or email and we discuss their project. After the initial conversation I will send an email stating my understanding of the job description and a cost/time estimate. If you decide to work with me I will send you a very simple contract to sign and we'll get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do not have a degree in graphic design, I do have 22 years of experience in the field. Additionally, I've worked as a marketing manager in several different settings and understand that design needs to deliver the marketing message first and foremost while staying firmly within budget and on schedule.
