FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing flexible and fair. I’m willing to work with customers to find a solution that fits their budget while still getting the job done right. My goal is to make sure you’re happy with both the work and the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out first and get a good understanding of what the job involves. From there, I’ll give a clear price and agree on a date that works best for the customer. Once we lock it in, I’ll send over a quick confirmation or receipt so everything’s clear and documented. On the scheduled day, I show up on time, get the job done efficiently, and make sure the customer is happy with the results. I keep things simple, honest, and straightforward so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently an engineering student, which has helped me build strong professionalism, communication, and work ethic. On top of that, I have hands-on construction experience; I worked as a mason for two years, gaining solid skills in working with concrete and block, and also spent about two years as a laborer for a small hardscape company. That mix of education and real site work gives me both technical awareness and practical skills to get the job done right.
