- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For in-person visits pricing is Per-hour at an initial $90 for the first hour and $45/30min after the first paid hour. Most cases require at least 2 hours of work, excluding cost of spare parts or additional repair accessories. FREE tutoring. We offer computer lessons or tutoring for FREE for new and regular customers, excluding cost of traveling and basic admin fees of $30/h to cover staff time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can contact us for several types of issues, from setting up a new device, to help them configure new features or Apps on their phones. We offer remote support as well as in-person support depending on the situation.
