About
I am versatile in the photography I do but specialize in portraits and headshots. This is my true passion so I love any type of photography work. Photography is something I have been doing off and on for over 10 years. I’m a very friendly personable photographer and love the process of working with different clients of all ages! I personally believe everyone can model and take great photographs—just takes someone making them feel at ease and sometimes some tips. Though I love capturing my clients candid moments (such as with family portraits etc) I love meeting and working with people and loveee taking photos. To me the creative process is really special and having a great finished product. It is SO rewarding making people smile when they see their photos which is always my goal which is why I always ask first how the client if they have ideas of how they want the photos to look. I want my clients to feel empowered to tell me what style they are looking for.

Me and my husband loved working with Alana. We were able to recreate so many memories together during the couple's photography with Alana. Very happy with my son's senior pictures. We have gotten so many compliments on them. She was able to reschedule our appointment without issue. Received my photos 2 days after the shoot. We will probably hire her again to take family pics in the spring.

Alana did an amazing job shooting some professional shots for me. She took about a million photos so that we could narrow down the best ones. She was very generous with her time and open minded as to my project. She suggested an ideal venue for the shoot. She did a great job editing and turned the photos around the same day! She was very polite, on time, professional, etc. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend without reservation.
