Introduction
We offer aikido classes for adults and teens. Aikido is a Japanese martial art in which an opponent's momentum and body position are used to break his balance and execute a technique. Techniques often include joint locks and throws. Aikido is good for exercise, self-defense, and body awareness.
Classes are ongoing, with students of all levels, and we strive to keep class fees very reasonable. We teach the Tomiki (aka Shodokan) style of aikido and are affiliated with the Tomiki Aikido of the Americas.
